4 months agoI had an amazing experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a homely atmosphere. It's located close to the tram stop and walking distance from old down. There's a pool that's well taken care of and the restaurant is great. The staff is very kind and helpful too. I especially loved the local cats :)

6 months agoFantastic hotel. Attended for a wedding reception, didn't myself stay but general feedback from people who did is that the rooms are perfect. Incredible service from the staff, so attentive all night long. Cannot recommend this fabulous location enough.

6 months agoNice hotel, you can see the sunset which was very pretty. The room was great. The staff was very friendly, especially Lavinya. It was very nice talking to her.

7 months agoNice old, style design. However, the toilet in the room broke and after it had supposedly been repaired continued to not work. The shower holder was broken so I had to hold the showerhead when showering. The bed mattress sloped from one side and was quite uncomfortable. An electric kettle was supplied but no spoons, etc to mix coffee and tea. Saying that, the restaurant served excellent food at very good prices. Also the central location helped. Such a pity that the problems in the room left a lot to be desired.
