Eros Beach Resort Hotel Mamaia Nord

Hello There I do not want to share my name, so I will use this account. I’d like to state that I give 4 stars because of the things that I have seen in my last day, and the things that disappointed me and I did not expect. First of all, imagine going into the bathroom only to see a spider at your legs. I have a phobia of spiders, and I hate seeing them. I did not expect that, after cleanup, I have seen a spider. After that I left the bathroom, and saw another one. What’s this, even after cleanup? Moving to the second part that disappointed me. The rooms have absolutely no windows, we cannot see outside of the hotel, but we see inside a hall through the only window. The hotel looks like it was built in 1970, but that’s fine. There aren’t many food options, so you either have to command food or go to a restaurant. Moving to the good part… The beach they own is arranged and maintained. The hotel Staff is nice, though the design is simple. The only thing that impressed me was the room, which is large, has a large and modern TV ( something that is not common in Romania ) That’s all I have to say about my stay here.

Wow! The owners and staff are exceptional in every way! So helpful and accommodating! The rooms are excellent with everything as it should be. Can not be more happier with our stay :) Highly recommended and will definitely be back again! Thanks guys!!

Simply amazing! This location offers you one of the top quality experience on the black sea shores. Most impressive part it is the quality of customer service given. I look forward seeing this place again.
