3 months ago+ Breakfast is delicious. + Staff at reception and the room service is polite. Suggestion for improvement: - install better noise reduction between rooms. - provide hot water continuously. - check and maintenance the bathroom regularly: scale did not operate even with new battery, The drain of the shower got plugged up.

4 months agoIt was a bad experience to stay in this hotel. I don’t recommand. The fridge the AC and the TV doesn’t worked in the room. In the bathroom the trashbin was full with trash from the last customer. I had problems when I asked for an invoice to be paied by the company, even talking with the hotel manager, couldn’t resolve the issue. Very unprofessional staff working here. If you want to go a good hotel, dont choose the Boavista!

5 months agoA catastrophic experience with them. They do not care about their clients needs. I was there because I was attending a wedding held by them and checked in for 1 night. I don’t recommend them. Very disappointed and angry. Never coming again.

8 months agoNice surprise. I had apartment in second building - giant. Very nice and quiet. Good breakfast. Hotel is close to nice park. Shower unfortunately has an issue with water outflow.

5 months agoNot to many choices for breakfast. Room just ok for a 3 star hotel. No heated rooms when outside temperatures are low. Some baths have molds
