a year agoA clean, quiet and affordable place to stay in Cluj, close to the center of the city. Staff is helpful and you receive a unique pass code instead of a room key.

6 years agoVery good, clean, welcoming place to stay while in cluj, quiet area as well. I give it 5 stars because of a receptionist who saved the situation at the last minute. I wanted to stay an extra night and the receptionist i had dealt with on my first night was very nice but made up a price that was almost a third more compared to what i paid before, and was saying she has to move me in a different room. Also, although i specifically said i don't need breakfast, she was offering me the room at a higher rate but with breakfast included.. Next morning the blonde lady comes in and finds solutions to all the problems the other one had come up with, keeps me in the same room at the same rate. That is real customer service!

4 years agoWe had the best room. 3 beds plus one couch and balcony. A very beautiful room. It's the 5'th time I stayed here. They have pretty good prices.

2 years agoGreat place to stay in Cluj. We received a 6 digit code (to reduce human interaction during Corona) to unlock the room which was clean, in order, with free acces to wifi and with soft lenin on the bed. I'd certainly suggest this place to my friends who visit Cluj.
