3 weeks agoThe location is fantastic with an incredible view! Unfortunately, they dont have enough staff and this can be seen on rooms that are not cleaned properly. The full establishment is not so clean! If they fix the issue with cleaning , then you can try them. The owner really tried to make something nice but lack of staff ruined everything !

3 months agoTerrible experience as the service wasn't good. The place and views were amazing. However, the food and the service was awful. After an hour of waiting for food, the food was cold no salt no pepper for my soup, I did ask for this and the waiter came 10 minutes later, my soup got even colder- not everyone eating together as the food came later for others. The food did not taste good at all. I don't recommend this place. We didn't sleep over, and I wouldn't want to as I wasn't happy with the unfriendly service and the food.

7 months agoAs a restaurant it is a fully disaster. Ordered fish soup, it contains only one piece of fish. I've asked not to put mustard in my meal, but they ignored my request. Too much time for waiting the meal. I'm very disappointed of my experience.

6 months agoThe location is great, nice mountain view and quiet place, easy access from the principal road, warm and cozy room and very tasty food. I booked the room via phone, because I wanted a room facing the front part and I paid a little bit more than booking price, but choosing the room view was worth it. There was no housekeeping during our stay, but we stay only 2 nights anyway. Nothing bad to say about the restaurant staff at all.
