in the last weekIt is the second time we come back here, the first time was a great experience as we book our stay in a tent as was summer time, but now we got the bungalow and we had the same great experience as the first time, as the view from the bungalow is equally amazing. The food was great and we were pleased to find food adapted for people allergic to milk, eggs and gluten for our son. Also on Saturday night, was live cooking by Chef Andrei Zait. We will definitely come back maybe also in the winter to enjoy the snow.

2 weeks agoPros: Hosts are very pleasant, both owners and employees. Warm, friendly and open to feedback. Food was very good with tiny taste related issues on my part, but very very well cooked. Location is unic and the view, both in daytime and nighttime is from a fairytale. The beds are extremely comfortable and we all slept very well. Everything looked clean and the feeling was the same...I did not use professional tools to check for issues, but nothing caught my eye. Employees were using gloves for all activities, tables were clean, tents were clean, everything smelled fresh. At the end of our stay, both adults and kids had smile on our faces and you could tell we had a great time overall. Cons: The stoves in the tents are a little small. I have a strange sleeping habit so it was not too difficult, but for a normal person I imagine it would be difficult to wake up every 45 minutes to put another log in the stove or let the fire die. On the same topic, the logs were a little damp and it took a while to light up. Stove could use a fire-iron, so you can easily manipulate the logs. Judging by the fact that toilet and showers are outside, the location includes hot-tub and sauna, single use slippers, for each person, per stay, should be included. Please all take into account the following: - this was my own personal opinion, based on my experience and compared to other places I have visited - read their website, rules and regulations and set your expectations: this experience is not for everyone; if you are not able to start a fire and maintain it, maybe try it in the middle of the summer - comparing what i read before booking for my family and what i found, I can say some things improved in time, so thumbs up for the hosts

2 months agoWe stopped at Ursa Mica for lunch on our way to see the cave.. we were so impressed by the view and the food. This meal by chef Andrei was one of the best meals we had in Romania!!!! And he is so kind, warm and welcoming. There is plenty of space and a playgroud for children. Highly recommend their restaurant.

3 months agoWe've been here for a company "teambuilding" event. The experience our team had was amazing. The staff was always trying to best fit our needs and make sure our experience there was a joy. The food was great, the location is great, the amenities were great (especially the "spa section"). They've also helped our group set-up our team-building activities which we've appreciated very much. Would recommend! P.S. They also have some very cute and friendly dogs there, which we've really had fun with.

2 months agothis is a glamping location we just discovered but we didn't spend the night. we only went there to eat. the place is very well chosen..if you spend the night you will have a lovely scenery to enjoy. they have a restaurant with very good, albeit limited, food choices. this is expected because the place is quite isolated and people come here for this reason. we are planning to try their accommodation too since we saw the sauna hut!
