2 years agoAmazing and unique place for a lovely escape outside the city! We spent 2 nights here. The host was really friendly, the breakfast delicious, and we have also enjoyed a ride on the bikes - provided by them. I strongly recommend this place! 🤓

a year agoThe glamping experience I had was superb. From the location to the atmosphere, the silence, the fresh air to the delicious breakfast, everything was perfect. I will try to detail below: Location - ideal for walks, bike rides and hiking. For cycling enthusiasts, the location offers 5 mountain bikes. Food - there is a grill in the yard, available to the guests. For those who don't want to cook, there is a store right at the glamping site and a restaurant with extraordinary food is at a 2-5 minute walk away. The breakfast offered at the accommodation is a continental breakfast and is more than you could wish for. The rooms - The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious and very cozy. in the room there are towels, blankets, slippers, earplugs,etc. The glamping also provides hammocks and sunbeds for relaxation. The accommodation also offers outdoor showers, which I had the opportunity to try and the experience was amazing, especially in the morning when the sun rays kiss you through the wooden planks of the shower along with the fresh mountain air. I will definitely return to Valea Doftanei Glamping.

2 years ago+ nice and clean glamping (the toilet and showers were shining all the time) + friendly hosts + several corners to chill (hammocks, lounge chairs) + free bikes to take for a ride - temperature in the tents can get super low at night (we arrived here in the last days of August and it dropped to 11 degrees celsius); yes, you have a small heater inside the tent but unfortunately it doesn't make a big difference, so beware if you can't stand low temperatures; I guess full summer with high temperatures would be preferable - breakfast was not as "top rated" as i read in other comments and could be improved (i was particularly disappointed by the cheap ham/sunca presata and cheese triangles/branza topita). Maybe some local, plain cheese and tomatoes would have been better. Anyway, the hosts are nice and let you store your own food in the fridge 👌

2 years agoWhat an amazing place! Great price per night, with a delightful breakfast included and a view to die for. If you want to disconnect for a bit or stay connected (since there is good wifi available) but from a greener place, you should totally come to this glamping.
